I am so thrilled with your product and with your service that I don't know where to start. We have been using cBizOne for our recruiting database, but we wanted to see what else is out there. Our company just completed an evaluation of ACT! 2005 and Maximizer 8.

ACT! 2005 was difficult to install, configure, and maintain. We imported about 60,000 contacts. We couldn't run any other programs besides ACT! 2005 on a new Pentium 4 with 2Gb of RAM. After our first support call to ACT!, we were told that addition support would cost $150 per year.

Maximizer 8 was also difficult to install and configure. We imported the 60,000 contacts, but they each showed up as individual companies. We had to manually combine the employees of an individual company so that they were linked. It also took about 2 minutes for Maximizer 8 to build the views when changing from Company List view to Contact List view.

cBizOne is faster, better, and easier than both of these products. The best part of being a cBizSoft customer is the incredible technical support team. My thanks to Zaki, Srini, and the rest. Without fail, your support team has helped me through the most difficult support issues in the easiest possible manner. I have yet to present a problem that the support team could not solve in a timely manner.
